At Home Health Solutions Group we pay very close attention to the interactions
between caregivers and care recipients. We believe that the healing process starts at home, where support is needed most, focusing on helping our clients to regain their independence.
Services includes Conversation and COmpanion ship, meal preparation, laundry assistance, light housekeeping and more
Personal care may include help with the daily activities of the household as well. We provide Grooming and Hygiene, Mobility Assistance, Walking, Transferring and Repositioning,
Toileting and Incontinence Care, Dressing, Brushing Hair, Shaving, Nutrition, Medication reminders, Shopping and Meal Preparation to make it easier for clients to maintain good nutrition
while living independently in their own homes. Laundry and House Cleaning can also be included in our Personal Care plan. Our goal is to help clients maintain the quality of life they’re
used to, despite their declining abilities.
At Home Health Solutions Group, we understand the struggles families face when caring for an elder, older adult or senior with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, and we are here to help. Our caregivers receive special training to care for elders, older adults and seniors with Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and we are trained and dedicates in providing the highest quality care to support families during this difficult time.
